Conditions For Hire:

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
• Prices quoted are for one hire only. Weekly or long term on application.
• All orders are carefully checked when packed and any damage (including broken electric globes, floodlights and fittings) or shortage on return must be paid for.
• All equipment to be returned clean (includes glasses, crockery, barbecues and rotisseries, excludes linen).
• The Hirer agrees not to tamper with the equipment in any manner and to use the equipment in the manner intended and to follow instructions provided either verbally or written by Greenwood Party Hire.
• Delivery, collection and setup are extra if required.
• Goods are not insured. Responsibility lies totally with Hirer until goods are picked up.
• Any damage incurred to private property by delivery vehicle must be reported to us within 24hrs.
• Any shortage upon delivery must be reported immediately.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Boxes and crates not returned or damaged will be charged for.
• Please Note: The Hirer is responsible for loading and securing the equipment when picking up from the shop.
• Equipment damage while on hire will be charged at full present day value, also in respect of marquees hired to indemnify Greenwood Party Hire against any injury or death caused to hirer or associate users.
• All marquees have a delivery charge that is not included in the price. Price on application.
• Installation of marquees where pegging is required MUST be pre informed of location of any underground services (gas, water, communication etc) otherwise no responsibility will be taken for damage incurred (if any).
• No wood fires or barbecues inside marquees.
• No crepe paper to be used inside or outside marquees.
• Special Order Linen must be confirmed and paid in full 7 days before required.
  

Payment Terms:

Deliveries need to be paid in full before being delivered.

Pick ups to be paid in full on collection.
